Refund & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. For your convenience appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours before your appointment time.  No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time, the service will be charged $40 in order to reschedule.
